Document List Displays

These screens allow you to view a list of documents for your forum, with various criteria for inclusion.

Clicking on a column header will sort the list by that column.

Summary Mode lists concise information about each document, with one line per document.

Detail Mode lists detailed information about each document, using several lines per document.

Zip Selected

Select the documents you want to download by clicking on the checkboxes, and then click "Zip Selected". The files will be packed into a .ZIP archive file for downloading to your computer.

Zip All

All the documents on the list will be packed into a .ZIP archive for downloading to your computer.

Document List Types

List All

This option displays all of the documents for your forum.

List 50

This option lists the most recent 50 documents for your forum.

List <year>

This option lists all documents for a given year.

List Owned

This option lists all the documents you own.

Clicking on a document number in any list takes you to that document's control page.
