To upload a file to the Document record:

  • Select the document type from the drop-down menu. Each forum can configure which types of documents they accept for upload.
  • Add any comments (optional)
  • The "Send Notification" pull down control whether or not ARO sends and email to all of the members of the document notifying them of the new file / revision.
  • Click the "Browse" button to see a list of files on your computer. Select the file you want to upload.
  • Click the "Upload" button

You can upload more than one file to a given document record. For instance, if the TTP Project Specifications were revised, a new version could be uploaded. Different file formats can also be uploaded to the same document record. In essence, a document record is a GROUP of files of different formats and revision sequences pertaining to the overall contribution.
